Politique de remboursement

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

• Custom-made or personalised products

• Personal care products (such as beauty products)

We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

If you have any questions about whether a specific item can be returned, please contact us before sending it back.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item separately.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period for European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing a justification.

As with all returns, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
