How is MENO MOOD taken?
Recommended dose
Take 1 capsule twice a day (1x in the morning and 1x in the evening) with a glass of water.
It is also possible to take both capsules together in the morning.
If you find the taste of saffron unpleasant, you can take the capsules with a meal.
Duration of treatment & precautionary measures
Saffron extract begins to take effect after just 30 minutes. We recommend starting with a one-month course of treatment. After that, you can continue taking MENO MOOD as needed, depending on how you feel. It is also recommended to help manage premenstrual syndrome. People taking antidepressants, as well as pregnant and breastfeeding women, should not take saffron without consulting a doctor.
How is MENO SLEEP taken?
Recommended dose
Take 2 capsules in the evening with a glass of water.
Duration of treatment & precautionary measures
The effect of MENO SLEEP is noticeable after 5 to 7 days. However, MENO SLEEP has no habituation effect.
If you suffer from hyperthyroidism, you should not take ashwagandha without medical supervision.
How is MENO HEAT taken?
Recommended dose
Take 1 capsule daily with a glass of water, ideally with a meal.
Duration of treatment & precautionary measures
The hop extract does not take effect immediately. The first effects appear after two to three weeks of treatment. A little patience is therefore required. The tin contains 60 capsules, which corresponds to a two-month intake. We strongly recommend taking the two-month course in order to assess the effect.
MENO HEAT is not recommended if you have a personal or family history of hormone-dependent cancer.
